Thoughtful details, everyday usefulness

Small details.
A clearer way to hang.

Visual alignment

Let the bubble guide you.

Center the bubble between its marks to check the tool's horizontal alignment. A simple visual reference, right where you're working.

Nail positioning

A steadier starting point.

The magnetic nail position helps hold a nail while you line it up. Use the starter only on a suitable soft surface; hard walls need a separate drilling and fixing step.

One tool, different frame layouts

Slide to suit.
Line up with confidence.

Two sliding grips and a marked ruler help transfer the distance between compatible hanging points. Adjust the spacing for your next photo, print or framed artwork.

A straightforward setup

Measure. Level. Mount.

01

Match your frame.

Check the frame's rear hanging points. Adjust the grips along the ruler to match their spacing.

02

Find your position.

Hold the tool against the wall at your chosen height. Check that the bubble is centered before marking or starting a nail.

03

Finish the fixing.

Start nails on a compatible soft wall, or mark and drill separately on a hard wall. Remove the guide, finish the fixings and hang your frame.

Use wall fixings rated for your frame's weight and wall material. This is a positioning and nail-starting tool; it does not remain on the wall as the frame support.
Know your wall before you start

The right position.
The right fixing.

Suitable soft surfaces

Position and start.

On a compatible soft wall, the magnetic starter helps hold and start a nail. Check the surface and fixing requirements before pressing.

Hard surfaces

Mark, then drill.

Concrete, brick, tile and masonry need separate drilling and appropriate wall fixings. The tool helps with placement; it does not drill through these materials.

Good to know

Before your first frame.

What does this tool do?

It combines an adjustable ruler, two sliding grips, a bubble level and magnetic nail positions to help you plan and align picture hanging points.

Can I use it on concrete or tile?

Use it as a placement guide. Hard surfaces need separate drilling and suitable anchors or other fixings; pressing the tool is not a substitute for drilling.

Will it hold the frame on the wall?

No. Remove the tool after setting the positions. Your completed wall fixings support the frame, and should be selected for the wall and frame weight.

Is it suitable for my frame?

Check that your frame's hanging points can align with the guide's adjustable positions. The tool is intended for framed photos and artwork; do not assume every hanging fitting or large, heavy item is compatible.

Does it need power?

No batteries or charging are needed. It is a manual tool with a spirit bubble level.

Make the most of your space

a place on the wall.
