Does it give voice alerts?

Does it have City and Highway modes?
Yes. Both City and Highway operating modes are listed on the current product page.
Does it detect every speed camera?
No such guarantee should be assumed. Detection depends on whether a compatible detectable signal is being transmitted. A built-in GPS speed camera database is not currently confirmed.
Does it guarantee I will avoid speeding tickets?
